- Addresses — delivery and saved addresses you provide for tanker bookings.
- Location — used to show nearby availability and complete deliveries when you share it for a booking.
- Notification token — used to send booking and delivery notifications on your device.
- Booking history — records of your tanker bookings, schedules, and delivery status.
- Payment information — payment details are processed by our payment provider; WaterMitra does not store full card or UPI credentials on its own servers.
- Website contact messages — name, phone, email, and message text you submit through the contact form on watermitra.com.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Match your booking with nearby verified tanker drivers and complete deliveries.
- Send booking confirmations, delivery updates, and service notifications.
- Process payments through our payment provider and maintain booking records.
- Respond to support requests and website contact form messages.
- Improve safety, prevent fraud, and operate the Service reliably.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- With tanker drivers: name, delivery address, and contact number needed to complete your booking.
- With service providers: cloud hosting, payment processing, mapping, and notification services that operate the platform on our behalf.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
